What's Stealing Your Joy?

One week in, and it feels like I’m somewhere in the middle of a massive exhale. 
I am slowly releasing thoughts and things that do not serve me, and cleansing to make room for something  beautiful. 
This is not easy work. 
It is a practice that will need ongoing cultivation.
It requires asking, “what am I allowing to steal my joy?”
And then holding the answers up - eye level so there’s no denying it - and deciding whether it should stay or go. 
Usually, it goes. 
Not without discomfort. Not without a sense of loss. 
But it goes. 
And it feels better when it’s done.
